Dynavolt Intact GP heat up the Allgäu

Memmingen, Bavaria, hosts the Dynavolt Intact GP 2018 Team Launch

For the sixth year in a row, the Dynavolt Intact GP Team invited to the warehouse of Keckeisen Accumulators to celebrate the start of the season. The new rider pairing in the Moto2™ World Championship squad - Marcel Schrötter and Xavi Vierge – were present, as well as their Kalex bikes. With a spectacular highlight true to the motto "motorsport to touch", the two riders rode through the middle of the audience to the stage with loud roaring engines.

The youngsters of the Dynavolt Intact GP Junior Team also took some of the limelight in the crowded hall. Besides the World Championship, the work with young talents has a high priority for the Memmingen racing team. In collaboration with the European Champions of 2017, the PromoRacing team, they will compete will compete in the FIM CEV Repsol Moto2™ European Championship with Matthias Meggle and Marc Alcoba, as well as in the European Talent Cup (ETC) with Joshua Bauer. Raul Jara is the team manager of the experienced team from Barcelona and Dani Devahive is the team chief and manager of Xavi Vierge.

Another highlight of the evening came from LIQUI MOLY Marketing Director, Peter Baumann, who announced the contract extension until 2020. Just like the DYNAVOLT boss Leonard Chen, who is supporting and looking forward to the start of the season from China, Peter Baumanns' heart beats for motorcycle racing: "We are very happy to be in MotoGP and feel comfortable in this team. We are doing very well and it is a great platform to showcase our brand, which is what we are all about in the first place. We feel so comfortable that we decided to extend our sponsorship until the end of 2020. We stay loyal to the Intact GP-team. This is a great concept and it is a good thing, also in the connection with the support of young talents. It is a perfect combination between professional sport and the introduction of young talents, which is urgent in Germany and if we can make a contribution to it, we are very happy about that."

For entertaining conversation - and expertise - presenter duo Edgar Mielke & Alex Hofmann hosted the show.

For the now more than 20-strong team around the five riders competing in the Moto2™ World Championship, the Moto2™ European Championship and the European Talent Cup, an exciting and hopefully successful 2018 season is starting now!
