Gardner fastest, top four split by just 0.044s

The World Championship leader set the pace in a closely fought Moto2™ Sunday morning session

World Championship leader Remy Gardner (Red Bull KTM Ajo) set the pace in Moto2™ Warm Up at the Monster Energy British Grand Prix thanks to a 2:04.756. The Australian edged out polesitter Marco Bezzecchi (SKY Racing Team VR46) by just 0.012s, with Augusto Fernandez (Elf Marc VDS Racing Team) completing the top three.

Fourth place Jorge Navarro (Lightech Speed Up) joined Bezzecchi and Augusto Fernandez in finishing less than a tenth from P1 in Warm Up, second in the title race Raul Fernandez (Red Bull KTM Ajo) rounded out the top five. Home hero and front row starter Sam Lowes (Elf Marc VDS Racing Team) crashed at Turn 8, rider ok.
